My 12 Healthy Indulges this 2014

I want to go out of the usual New Year’s resolution thing that is so limiting. I thought women only have at least 60 years of productive life to live and I’ve exhausted half of mine already. So why not indulge instead of deny. I’m already in a rather freaky state of getting what I have to do get done as soon as feasible though, but as I have said, I’ll do it the most indulging way. 

Grilled Shrimp

So here’s my 12 healthy, I suppose, indulges this 2014.
  1.  Shrimps. RBG Grill in Radison Park Inn Davao has the freshest grilled shrimps.
  2.  Red Wine. Can't afford high-end, mid-range will do.
  3. Avocados. Heck, we got a tree at our backyard with the stickiest meat.
  4. Yoga. Have yet to find a school :(
  5. Dark Chocolate. Davao has the darkest, Malagos Chocolate.
  6. Almonds. They're expensive, but heck - indulge!
  7. Laughter. All time free stuff, anytime, anywhere.
  8. TAG watches. I'm saving, OK?
  9. Sweet Potatoes. Cheapest, healthiest indulgence ever.
  10. Berries. Whenever there's supply at the grocery.
  11. Air-popped popcorn. Taters!
  12. Naps. Absolutely should!
